<p>My wife and I drove the 2-lanes of the county and enjoyed each other's company while I captured some images and she made sure I didn't get run over while I was laying in the road. &nbsp;That's why I keep her around!</p>

(Just don't ask WHO was wearing it!)</p>
<p>Their wedding will be in April and Brandi wanted to get some photos to celebrate their long-awaited engagement while the fall weather was just right!</p>

<p>Happy 4th of July to all of my fellow Americans! &nbsp;I hope you had a fun and safe celebration in honor of our country's battle for independence.</p>
<p>I was blessed to spend the holiday weekend my wife and friends in Holden Beach, NC. &nbsp;Of course, I took my gear along and did some photography while I was there.</p>

<p>I suppose being afraid of a big man in a red suit with a massive red beard is acceptable.&nbsp; Especially to toddler.&nbsp; Since my father has had a beard for my entire life, I never suffered the breathtaking nerves around men with facial hair that it seems many children do.&nbsp; I guess it rubbed off on me too, as I sport some facial hair personally.</p>
<p>I had the opportunity to photograph some of the kids at a local elementary school today with Mr. Claus.&nbsp; Most were very receptive (if a little shy).&nbsp; This fella however?&nbsp; He wanted NONE of Mr. Holly Jolly!</p>
